Thank you for expressing interest in our Studio Sessions offering! We're excited to offer this service, designed to help businesses like yours tackle design and web needs in just 1 day—or within 1 week.
Studio Sessions are an intensive, focused service where preparation and attention to detail deliver fast and impactful results. This service is for you if you know exactly what you need or don't have the time, and need help making it happen so that you can focus on moving your business forward.
During your scheduled session, you’ll have our undivided attention. To ensure everything runs smoothly before, during, and after, please complete this application in full.

01 — APPLICATION
We kindly request that you fill out this application as detailed as possible — any specifics with links are more than welcome.
02 — STRATEGY CALL
If your application is approved, we’ll have a Strategy Call to plan out what items can be worked on, discuss high-priority items, and review any other important details.
03 — CONTRACT + INVOICE
If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a contract and invoice. The investment cost is $1,500 USD for our Studio Day Session and $3,250 USD for our Studio Week Session. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your scheduled day or week in advance.
04 — PREP WORK
You’ll gather all requested materials that we need at least 1 week prior to your scheduled session to ensure a smooth experience.
05 — SCHEDULED STUDIO SESSION
During the scheduled studio session, we’ll communicate via Slack and/or Zoom for quick response times and check-in as needed.
06 — FINAL INVOICE + FILE DELIVERY
Upon payment of your final invoice, all files will be delivered at the end of your scheduled studio session.
— DIGITAL MARKETING MATERIALS
Social media graphics, email newsletter design, PDF templates, website landing page design, pitch decks, etc.
— PRINT MARKETING MATERIALS
Business cards, flyers, posters, brochures, postcards, thank you cards, invitations, menus, stickers, QR codes, etc.
— PLEASE NOTE:
Any large scope projects that require more time, major website designs or redesigns, full/extensive branding services, copywriting, photography, software/font/printing costs, etc. are excluded.
